82 days is a solarigrafi from Ólafsfjörður. I put up a camera, made out of a tin can with a pinhole in a good place outside MTR, the school, where I work. This was shortly before the beginning of the Covid-19 lockdown in March 2020. When I returned to work several weeks later I took the camera down and viewed the image. The only movement is the solar cycle. Everything else is in a haze. Just like the life during lockdown.
During the last few years I have attempted to disconnect the photograph from reality. For that purpose, I use primitive equipment with limited options, which however offer an opportunity to create images like from another dimension.
